Genesis provided two principal consultants to assist the customer on the more advanced features of the new CMMS package and to define what tasks would be required to upgrade.
Actions Taken

Conduct an Upgrade and Use Analysis to review current system use and make recommendations on how to improve the use of the system related to new features and functionality in the CMMS and to document what actions would be required for the upgrade.
Develop a scope document with level of effort required to perform the upgrade.
This included a review of all work processes and procedures, screens, custom applications, database configuration, architecture, hardware, software, workflow, Quick Pick, integrations, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), user groups/system security, implementation approach, historical data condition, asset data condition, inventory data condition, training requirements and additional modules.
