Tom Terfehr is a Partner at Genesis Solutions. He is one of the Genesis Founders. He leads Genesis Operations to deliver consulting services and solutions. This includes the Professional Services Management Group and all Genesis field consultants. Also included is the Genesis Knowledge Management system of standardized methodologies, templates, project management and quality assurance.
Prior to his work at Genesis Tom had 25 years of line and staff industrial management experience including positions in manufacturing, marketing, organizational development, strategic sourcing, materials management and logistics. He held positions as VP of Global Supply Chain and VP of Organizational Development. His work includes assignments at a number of manufacturing locations in management positions. He has led business process redesigns, organizational redesigns and operations and maintenance improvement projects. He has also held positions in Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance including mergers and acquisitions work.
His experience across operations, maintenance and all support functions using team-based approaches to improvement brings an integrated approach to Genesis engagements.
Tom holds a BS degree in Forestry from Northern Arizona University and an MS in Corporate Finance and Production Economics from Mississippi State University.
