Kathy Brown manages all aspects of operations and strategic staffing, as well as the overall administrative operations of the business both at headquarters and in Europe. She is an officer of the company and a member of the senior management team.
Kathy has over 20 years of experience in consulting services, having worked as a Senior Consultant specializing in business process analysis and Supply Chain Management. She worked individually and managed project teams to assess the health of key business processes in the organization, as well as worked with customers to re-design their business processes and operating systems to optimize their productivity and measure their success. She started her career as a Sales Representative at Xerox Corporation selling outsourcing solutions.
Kathy has a BA from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the Human Resources Planning Society of Western New England.
